Proposals may be submitted at any time during the year. They will be reviewed on a monthly basis by the student committee. The cut-off deadlines for consideration within the next set are

Friday, August 15 at 5pm
Tuesday, September 9 at midnight
Tuesday, October 14 at midnight
Tuesday, November 11 at midnight
Tuesday, December 9 at midnight
